Do we use Cookies?
Yes. Do we share your personal information?

Third-Party Service Providers
We do use square.com third-party service providers on the Sites as it acts as a payment processor that facilitates transactions between our customers and our business. Square is handling the payment processing on our behalf.
Third-Party Advertisers
We do NOT allow third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit lvlightup.com
Analytics
We do NOT use Google Analytics, but we may partner with selected third parties to allow tracking technology on the Sites, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with the Sites and our services over time. This personal information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online activity.
Social Media
The Sites have hyperlinks to social media networks. We may use hyperlinks on the Sites, which will redirect you to a social network if you click on the respective link. However, when you click on a social plugin, such as Facebook’s “Like” button or Instagram’s “Follow” button, that particular social network’s plugin will be activated, and your browser will directly connect to that provider’s servers. If you do not use these buttons, none of your data will be sent to the respective social network’s plugin providers. To illustrate this further, imagine the scenario where you click on Facebook’s “Like” button on the Sites. Facebook will receive your IP address, the browser version and screen resolution, and the operating system of the device you have used to access the Sites. Settings regarding privacy protection can be found on the websites of these social networks and are not within our control.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS AND PROCESSING
Credit card transactions and processing on lvlightup.com and custom invoicing are handled by payment providers and third-party payment processors, and their collection and processing procedures. Payment providers and third-party payment processors receive credit card numbers and other personally identifying information to process transactions on lvlightup.com and custom invoicing. lvlightup.com is not reliable or responsible for the actions, storing of information, sharing, privacy, or any wrongdoing of any payment provider and third-party payment processor utilized, past, present, or future, on lvlightup.com or any other platform, software, mobile, or web associated with Light Up Las Vegas. “User” is subject to payment provider and third-party payment processor privacy policies & terms of service. It is the “user” responsibility to read and remain up-to-date on such policies. lvlightup.com is proudly made with Hostgator and utilizes Hostgator platform for website hosting. lvlightup.com is subject to Hostgator’s privacy protection HTTPS and SSL Certificate.
What is HTTPS?
HTTPS -Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure- is the secure protocol through which your browser communicates with sites. When using HTTP sites, any data that is transferred can potentially be accessed or manipulated by attackers. However, when using HTTPS sites, data is encrypted and authenticated and therefore secured. Hostgator is committed to protecting lvlightup.com’s data and lvlightup.com users’ data. “Shine the Light Law” (probably need to be erased)
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, personal information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
